Dickinson has over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries such as IT, Telecom, Banking and others where he worked with cross functional teams in delivering business value through strategic planning, process improvement and project management. A change agent and collaborative leader, he was the Africa Region Mentor of Project Management Institute (PMI) USA, working with various country Presidents to drive the vision of the group.

Dickinson holds a BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering -KNUST, an MBA in Strategy & Project Management – ESG France, a professional certificate in Project Management- PMIUSA , a consulting certificate from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands and a PhD (in waiting) - Nobel International Business School, as well as a certified graduate in Balanced Score Card strategy implementation. Prior to Aguila, he worked for and with multinationals like Vodafone, MTN, African Development Bank, and also managing other national projects.
