Mrs. Borde-Kuofie is Aguila Holding’s Group Legal Head. She holds an LLB/Hons from the University of Hertfordshire, England and a Certificate in Leadership and Innovation from the Harvard Business School and IESE New York Business School. She has worked for a number of years with UT Bank in the Legal and Compliance Department, with Minkah Premo & Co as an associate and as Senior Legal Officer with the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD).
