Mr. Osei is an Information Technology / Management Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in IT Procurement and IT project implementation supervision in both the private and public sectors. His services have been in the areas of IT Needs Assessment, Strategic Planning, Preparation of Request for Proposals, Chairing and serving as a member of many IT procurement Evaluation Panels governed by the Public Procurement ACT of Ghana, The World Bank and African Development Bank Procurement guidelines. He served as a member of the Independent Review Panel of Ghana’s Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) Bid Challenge System.

He is an Electrical Engineer by training with a B.S.E. from Princeton University, New Jersey, and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, New York. He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He was recognized as Top ICT Personality of the Year by the Industry and Ministry of Communications at the ICT Awards of 2008 for his contribution to the sector.

Mr. Osei was a founding partner of EcoInformatics, FITConsult and INFOCONSULT – all IT and Management Consulting companies.
