Lorlor is a Strategic HR & Operations Leader with over 10 years’ experience driving employee engagement, process efficiency, and compliance across diverse industries including hospitality, fintech, manufacturing, retail, and conglomerate services.

She is currently the Group HR Manager at Aguila Holdings Limited, where she provides strategic people leadership across the Group’s business units, championing a culture of performance, inclusion, and sustainable workforce development.

Lorlor specializes in building high-performing HR functions and delivering data-driven people solutions across Talent Acquisition & Retention, HR Process Automation, Employee Engagement & DEI, Performance Management, Labor Law & Compliance, and HRIS & Payroll Systems.

Her approach is rooted in aligning people strategy with business objectives; translating organizational goals into practical HR frameworks that improve retention, reduce risk, and foster a culture of belonging.

Lorlor holds an MBA in General Management with a Specialization in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Sciences (French and English), both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She is a Member of the Association of Certified HRs (ACHRs) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi). She is also professionally proficient in French, having attained a Diplôme de Français Professionnel (C1) from Alliance Française, Kumasi.
