Ms. Vera Oheneba Safoah Esq is the Manager Legal Department of Aguila Holdings Company Ltd. since March 2026. She is also Aguila’s Company Secretary & Legal Counsel and a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
Ms. Safoah graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) (Economics and Information Studies). She pursued Legal Education at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Greenhill where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (BL) degree. She then proceeded to the Ghana School of Law, Makola where she obtained her Qualifying Certificate in Law and was called to the Bar.
Ms. Safoah is a lawyer in good standing with the Ghana Bar Association. She is experienced in Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate law - gained from being an Associate at Chromium Law and as a pupil at Boahene Asare & Associates.
In her spare time, she is a broadcast Journalist with Kantanka Media and co-host the Breakfast Show. Ms Safoah is a Christian and member of Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana’s Constitutional Interpretation Board. She has also since 2015 been passionate with Voluntary Community Development, establishing the Pempamsie Foundation, geared towards helping to curb teenage pregnancy in Ghana.
