Ruben Kwaku Adzah is an economist, researcher, and business development professional with experience in project development, investment appraisal, strategic planning, and economic research across the agribusiness, telecommunications, information technology, energy, and oil & gas sectors.

Over the years, he has led and supported the development of numerous strategic projects, providing research-driven insights that inform investment decisions, business growth strategies, and large-scale development initiatives. His expertise spans market research, feasibility studies, economic and financial appraisal, and project conceptualization and development.

Through extensive research and practical experience gained from supporting the development and operations of large-scale agribusiness enterprises, Ruben has acquired deep knowledge of climate-smart agriculture, large-scale commercial farming, agro-industrialization, agricultural infrastructure, and value chain development. This experience has enabled him to develop strong technical, commercial, and investment appraisal capabilities across the agricultural sector, including the ability to evaluate agribusiness projects from both operational and investment perspectives. He is skilled in assessing project feasibility, operational risks, market opportunities, and investment readiness, providing valuable insights that support financing and investment decisions by agribusiness firms, investors, development finance institutions, commercial lenders, and project sponsors.

Before transitioning into industry, Ruben served as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Economics, University of Ghana, where he facilitated tutorials in Economic Theory, Monetary Economics, and Macroeconomics and supported professionals enrolled in the Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management programme.

He holds a First-Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Computer Science from the University of Ghana and was awarded the Dr. Kwabena Duffuor Excellence Award as the Best Graduating Male Student in Economics for the 2016/2017 academic year. He has also undertaken professional training in Google Data Analytics and Export Marketing Fundamentals.
